CONTEXT
A leading beverage company in France needed to modernize its field sales operations. Processes were mostly manual, fragmented, and lacked digital support for sales representatives. The goal was to design a unified, tablet-based application powered by Salesforce, enabling assisted routing, customer access, and product assortment management directly in the field.
RKT Consulting was appointed by Salesforce partner Customertimes to provide Business Analysis and Product Ownership, ensuring alignment between business expectations and the final solution.
